Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth among poorer nations by providing such things as food and education? Or is it the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizens themselves?
Wealthy nations should share their wealth to poorer nations. However, the government of the poorer nations must help themselves to make the better quality of life to their people. Asking and waiting for help could not solve the problem.
In my opinion, the helping could be food, money, education, technologies, health care and knowledge for release their hardship. The first help should be food, medicine, money or clothes because these could go to poorer people fast and release their starvation and disease. Furthermore, the education, technologies, health care and knowledge should be shared among the poorer country. These could help them to develop their country sustainable. For example the Agriculture technologies or the Meteorological knowledge could increase the food production which providing enough food. Moreover, given the extend education and knowledge generate the better quality of life, social communication and economics. Sharing wealth among poorer nations not only decrease the hardship of human but also the demand of moral.
Besides, the good thing will returns to wealthy nations as "the more you give, the more you get". Since, the quality of life in the poorer country developed, the illegal immigration or criminal by the alien in developed country will decrease.
Even though the poorer nations should be supported by other countries but the government must take their responsibility to develop their people's quality of life. The received money must spend for the most urgent problems such as the basic human necessities, stabilize populations, and economic development that can alleviate poverty.

in my opinion, you can say" I agree that the wealth countries should share the wealth with other developing countries, which however dose not means the government of these poor countries can indiferent the responsibility to improve the living condition of their citizens."
