Some people would like to buy a business if he had enough money. From my point of view, it is better to purchase a house than a business because I think it has more advantages.

Moreover, you can invite your friends to visit your home so that you can chat and have fun together, which is a good way to get along well with your friends and relax yourself.
Last but not least, if you have your own house, you can do anything you like without permission of your parent. Now, I am living with my parent and I always dream of my perfect house.
