Dear Mr. Johns,
This letter is regarding your advertisement in a Sunday daily newspaper about the English classes you are offering.

I was just looking for this kind of opportunity that I can find a English language tutor near to my house.

I work in one of the local financial trading center. My work involves writing business proposals, arranging meetings and making presentations to our potential clients. I am having trouble in communicating in a formal style of English language. My business letter writing skills are very basic and often I have to take help of my English speaking colleagues to help me with my writing as well as presentations.

I am very excited to find a tutor like you in this locality. I would like to join classes but their is one small issue with my timings. As I mentioned I am working so I am available after 5 O'clock. So any schedule after 5 pm will be manageable for me. I am living near by your block so your apartment will be approachable for me also.
