Now a days people spend many ours in their works,(I don't know whether putting a coma here is correct or not,but if u can put a full stop here, then u can start new sentence using THEREFORE GOOD RELATIONSHIP......... if not, u can write in this way.AS MOST PEOPLE NOW A DAYS SPEND MANY HOURS IN THEIR WORK PLACES, GOOD RELATIONSHIP(this is better than using "relation")BETWEEN EMPLOYERS (u have missed this word)AND EMPLOYEES IS ESSENTIAL TO CREATE A GOOD WORK ATMOSPHERE.when People feel(NOT FEELS) comfortable in their work places, their family lives also fill with happiness, because they return home with relaxed mind.
A good supervisor has an important role in creating the work place a comfortable.There are some qualities that the supervisor should(DON'T USE "MIGHT" IT'S INDICATES LESS POSITIVE SENSE. BUT "SHOULD " INDICATES DUTY AND OBLIGATION) have, to achieve this goal.
First of all, a good boss has to be a good conflict mediator. Most of the problems between employees and employers are due to lack of communications and misunderstandings between them. The mediating function has much to do with creating bridges that helps people to communicate and dissolve the conflicts.
And also other very important qualities for being a good leader, are be very pragmatic and clear about what he expects from the team or people who(WE CANNOT USE "THAT" FOR PEOPLE) are working with him. Clarity gives people security. For example, it is very useful, when persons have a list of tasks for the day, so he/ she can distribute the time as they want(NOT WANTS-IT IS PLURAL).
Another good quality is to be empathetic with the employees feelings and life situations which they are involved out of the job. For example, a person who will get marry soon or a person who will become(NOT BECAME) a father, surely will be stressed, because this implicates big changes in life. If they have the care and comprehension of the supervisor, surely he will help them to relax and feel supported by providing what he needs.
To be a good supervisor, I think that it is not an easy task and some times requires some studies and specific courses to develop some of the qualities that I mention above.
