Topic : As most people spend a major part of their adult life,job satisfaction is an imporant element of individual wellbeing. what factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

Life has diffrent stages like childhood, teenager,adulthood,old age. adult life is a time when a person has more ability to do a work than an older person. It is not wrong to say that most people spend a major part of their adult life at work.

Adulthood age encourage adults to make their future secure. This is the only reason for which they spend their time at work. At this stage of life people has more ability to achieve something for bright future.

job satisfaction is very much important factor of individual wellbeing. Every person has a right to have self respect. An emplee is a social being he always want self respect. job satisfaction can ensure through good working condition and self respect. A company should provide healthy and safe environment. workers should allow to give feedback realted to company important desicions because they are also a part of the company. This can ensure that they are play an important role in the company.

job satisfaction is reaistic for all workers because without good working environment no one would agree to work with an organisation which is not providing good environment . No doubt money play an important role in everyone life but job satisfaction is also a part of this. for example; A company pay more salary than another one but treatment with workers harshly. the workers may give first prefrence to work with company which satisfy their needs either their salary is low.

According to my point of view self satisfaction is more important than money . if a worker get good amount of money but he do not have job satisfaction he would not work so long with that company.

and another good word for the 'teenage years' is adolescence:
... childhood, teenager adolescence, ...

and ue the word "and" before the last word in a list like this one:
...adulthood, and old age.

Use capital letters to start your sentences:
adult Adult life is a time when a person ...
