I'm a mechanical engineer; Academic background and work experience

Introducing my work

I'm a mechanical engineer. I had been trained regularly and methodically in mechanical branch at university of transport and communications. I graduated on october 8th, 2010. I have been working for PHU machinery .,LTD for two years and two months. At PHU machinery I work in the mechanical workshop which solve any problem occur in company. The first eight

months I was responsible for supervising repair works, finding out and creating the maintenance process for mechanical equipments. I also created the enclosed repair process for all important equipments if necessary. I could explain specifically as follows:

- supervision includes: analyzing and judging specifically daily works for quality, rating of progress and workers' labour attitude.
- finding out and creating maintenance process include: creating effective maintenance processes for the most important equipments and a few which work in an extremely hot environment.

-creating a repair process documentation guide includes: creating a repair process for some of important equipments which are difficult to dismount.

Thank you so much Didgerigoo. Could i ask you one more question? About the sentence " I work in the mechanical workshop which solve any problem occur in company". I meant our Mechanical workshop will be solved any problems not me. So could i use relative pronoun "which" as mentioned above?.
