How to make Fried Chicken.

answers: 1
Hi, this is the second my assigments : How to make Fried Chicken. I wrote it, please help me check grammar and words.
Can I use a sentence without Subject when I instruct to someone to do something?
Ex : First, cut up the chicken into bite-sized pieces. (It doesn't have Subject)

This is my paragraph :

First, cut up the chicken into bite-sized pieces, put it in a bowl. After that, add a little salt, pepper and monosodium glutamate to the bowl, mix the ingredients in order to make all the chicken pieces absorb spice. Next you add wheat flour to another bowl, add water until you see the wheat flour is very thick. Dip and drag through the grilled rice. The next step, you dip each chicken piece into the bow of wheat flour. Then dip each piece into wheat flour without water. After that, add 1cm of oil to the pan, put each chicken piece into oil pan. Fry about 4-5 minutes or when you see the chicken change to brown. Last but not least, drain fired chicken on paper and enjoy.

Confused on what you are trying to do here, but there are my edits.

BTW, read my essay if you can, I haven't got much input as of yet!
