Further I will be appending my views on essential skill a person must hold.

Quick learning ability can make person learn aspects faster and it will help him to get adapted to any difficult environment. Also he would able to save his time. Quick learning skill help's student to cover their course in time without compromising the depth understanding of the concept. Likewise it grant growth to working professional that learn new technique of work in jiffy. For example I have got a friend who took a job in Animation Company as a counselor as he was not getting job anywhere else. But he learned counselling skill in few days and wonderfully justifying his counselor position. Now he is promoted has counselor head and handling 7 counselor under him with administration department of the company. Learning is a process that does not require any background knowledge except the person's willingness to learn things.

Knowledge never get perish as such it is deemed as asset of learning men. Learning help's people to initiate new beginning in any unknown field also. Learning skill makes our stay comfortable in any unfamiliar country, It helps us to get accustom with any surrounding. For instance when I went on Span tour, it was very difficult to seek any help form local people as they do not have any acquaintance of English. So I bought a Book for dumps to learn basic Spanish to make my tour easy. I started communicating with people to learn about Span that's how I learned Spanish and also got idea about the culture, values and belief of the Spanish populace.

Also, I find this is a bit weak as an idea. If one is quick to learn, that helps him compete with others better. Even a slow learner has the opportunity to acquire knowledge and be knowledgeable.
