Hi, welcome to EF. I know this is the first time you come over here. However, I would like to introduce some rules regarding how students should post their essays. Here are:

1. I suggest that you write all essays on this board instead of attaching to the pictures, which take some time to read.
2. Also, you are not allowed to post two essays in a room. Write them in different rooms.

Please write and repost them all. We are looking forward to seeing your essays. Thanks.

Thank you for your reply. yes, it is my first time.

The world today is full of materialistic dream. Possessions and net worth is what everyone honours. We run after all the luxuries to maintain our so called social status. May be it be with our relatives, friends circle, colleagues at work, we try to prove ourselves better than others. We keep on running to build big houses, branded expensive cars, dinning at expensive restaurants, expensive mobiles. These are what have become the key ingredients of social status.

May be its still not the end of the world, where people with values, honours and kindness and trust are no longer seem important. There is always a limit. Usually in both western and eastern culture, there are people who understand that physical entities what we possess are just for time being. The real value of life still remains on what we are rather than what we have. Not everyone can achieve that level of life, get free from the physical attachments of life. These characters are possessed only by one who understands the real value of life. They are exceptional choosen ones.

All these actors, actresses and people at show business come to rise at some point of their life but they come and they go. Hardly, there are some who are remembered for long time but when it comes to others who have devoted their life for others, people with values and honours are remembered for their work forever.

To summarize, it can be said that we live in a world where we have been brain washed by these entertainment medias that the veil in front of our eyes doesn't really distinguish the real joy of life. We keep on running for things we would not take with us after life. Instead, if we be an example as a person with value and honours, the fame is what we leave after us.

After all doesn't matter is you are a billionaire or a saint, both of us would end up in a same graveyard.
