please read below aPleasend please edit my personal statement. Sir as you know I came from underdeveloped country please considers it

Playing ball on my house compound as a ten-year-old boy one beautiful summer afternoon, I saw a crowd of people gathering some distance away. When I managed to squeeze inside the crowd, I saw two boys lying on the road. They had just been hit by car in the road. Doctors in a nearby clinic were immediately sent for but on that particular day only one was on duty. She applied first-aid measures to one of the boys and asked a young man, an on-looker in the crowd, to follow what she was doing to save the other boy. Whereas the professionally-trained doctor saves her patient with her expertise, the inexperienced young man did not really know how to proceed. By the time the doctor took over, the other boy was already dead.

That was my first experience of witnessing how proper medical treatment could miraculously save a person's life out of impending danger and this experience was defining. I was determined to become medical doctor who could be equipped to contribute to the physical welfare of the people. This determination prompted me, by the time I completed my high school, to seize the first opportunity to realize my aspiration-an education in medical specialty at a xi'an jiatong university school of medicine. After completing my MBBS program (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), completed the 4.5 year program in July 2004, and started my year long internship at government Hospital, Kathmandu,Nepal. For two months each, I was assigned to departments such as Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics as well as PSM. Under the PSM department, at the Urban and Rural Training Health Centers, I studied the demography of kathmandu city and the living conditions of slum dwellers. I counseled them on issues like family planning, contraception, immunization, and nutrition. I assisted in the execution of National Health and Vaccination Programs. I was introduced to the methods of statistical analysis while studying the epidemiology of endemics such as tuberculosis and malaria, giving me experience of working at the grassroots of the public health sector. My work at the other departments included: conducting deliveries and procedures like Tracheotomy and Venesection; assisting in Caesarian sections and other major operations; examining patients in OPD and managing their treatments in wards; emergency management of cases of poisoning, burns, drowning, cardiac and respiratory arrest, shock, asthma; and conducting clinical lectures for undergraduates.

When I completed my internship later, I was employed by Bir Hospital, Kathmandu, and I worked as a volunteer medical officer for six months in dermatology, venerology and leprology . Later I joined infectious and tropical diseases government hospital in Kathmandu on contract .which is also known as preventive and social medicine hospital.where I get chance to deal with Hiv/Aids patients, tropical diseases and other infectious diseases which also resemble preventive and social medicine. After certain months of worked experience I join in Nepal army Medical hospital known as Shree Birendra Army hospital in Jan 2007. By this I get chance to work in rural villages of my country. As a part of service I selected in United Nation peace keeping mission in D.R Congo in 2008. In Congo I have seen poor, starving people and pledge of poor hygiene and sanitation condition. As well as no proper health management and treatment can see how civil war affects on people health then I determine to pursue my further education in Mph (global health).after completing mission I came back to Nepal tried scholarship but I was unable to get. Continuing my medical practice in Nepal army Hospital I got second chance to serve in Haiti through United Nation Peace keeping operations went to Haiti on august 2010. After I reached there I found again the same lack of health care facilities, lack of health care management. At the same time we Nepali contingent were accused of bringing cholera in Haiti. Which become epidemic in Haiti. During investigations through different agency I get chance to talk with public health expertise from different countries. My greatest challenge and achievement in Haiti so far is working as senior medical officer and have to manage cholera patients in camps and Haitian people. I was appointed as liaison medical officer for international investigation panel for cholera outbreak in Haiti formed by general secretary of United Nation. It was my greatest challenge due to lack of knowledge in public health. My involvement in investigation and management of cholera outbreak in Haiti and people's health condition in D.R.CONGO and Haiti made me realize earlier than others that sorely needs to make drastic efforts to perfect its public health system. An examination of my own academic background in medicine, my academic and professional background in administration, my exposure to United Nation medical system and practices, makes it apparent to me that a Master's program in Public Health is most appropriate for me in further facilitating my career development. For this reason, I would like to apply for a MPH program from Boston University, School of Public Health, concentrating on international health/global health and Management. I am interested in studying at Boston University School of Public Health because I believe it can give me an unparalleled education on public health on international health/global health and management level. Founded in 1976, your school has long enjoyed a prestigious academic position and has been doing pioneering work in improving the health service system and reducing health risks in the United States and throughout the world. I hope to be exposed to innovative research and high-level academic training to acquire effective management skills and scientific decision-making techniques. Studying Global heath at Boston University School of Public Health will be a great experience due to its rigorous curriculum, reputed faculty, and academically stimulating environment. I would also love to participate in research conducted in at the Department of international health as well as at the BU's School of Management. Thus, the

rigorous MPH program along with hands-on experience in public health management research can make me capable of doing independent management during the residency and beyond. I will come with a strong medical background, a rich cultural heritage, good international exposure and experience and an eagerness to contribute to the excellence and diversity in your class. An opportunity to study public health at your school will give me a strong foundation in international health and management that is critical for my future plans in global health manager, and I am confident that I will build upon it to the best of my ability

I believe that I am a student with the intellectual capacity and the passion and commitment to excel at your program. I feel that graduate study at Boston University School of public health will be the most logical extension of my academic pursuits and a major step towards achieving my objectives.

A systematic education at Boston University will be vital for my future career as a senior public health manger in that it will allow me to incorporate American administrative patterns of public health with Nepal's realities. I will be able to perform some creative work in reforming Nepal's existing public health system and make it serve a greater multitude of people. In this regard, I deem my proposed study as a very meaningful part of my career pursuit.

how proper medical treatment could miraculously save a person's life out of impending danger and this experience was defining.--- I think you can modify this sentence so that it says something closer to what you actually mean. Of course proper medical treatment can save lives, but you are saying something about actually witnessing it and seeing it as reality instead of as merely a concept.

I counseled them on issues like family planning, contraception, immunization, and nutrition. I assisted in the execution of National Health and Vaccination Programs. I was introduced to the methods of statistical analysis while----- this is all very good. : -)

This part needs to be cleaned up:
Later I joined infectious and tropical diseases government hospital in Kathmandu on contract, and this facility is also known as a preventive and social medicine hospital. Here, I got a chance to deal with Hiv/Aids patients, tropical diseases and other infectious diseases which ...

After certain months of worked work experience I joined the Nepal Army Medical hospital known as...

You have an incomplete sentence here! ---> ...the BU's School of Management. Thus, the

I like the word "enable" for this sentence:
...health manger in that it will enable me to incorporate ...
