1. How did you choose your proposed course and institution?*
I was chose course that related with my background study and experience and being my focus study in the future. Almost all of university has this course, so, I choose the preference 1 and 2 by the university rank, curriculum, member of faculty, and research topic from the related professor.
2. How will the proposed study contribute to your career*?
I am prepared to be a lecturer in economics management and business after my master study. But, my knowledge was not enough yet and I want to learn it deeper. With this course, I hope can more understand about the topic and make me ready to learn in together with my students.
This proposed study also will give me a lot of experience about research. Though I design to take coursework, but I desire to take thesis research if my totaling pass score reach 80%. I am also expecting about learn the digital business topic from the professor or supervisor who have focus in that area.
3. How have you contributed to solving a challenge and to implementing change or reform? (Be specific and include: what aspect/s of your leadership knowledge, skills and practice you consider to be well established and effective; which people or organisations you worked with to solve the problem; and what creative methods were used.)*:
The big problem in my environment is the fading of reading culture. I look it everywhere, among my classmate, my college, my neighborhood, also my family. Whereas, read is one of the important thing in our live. Because, it can make us more human, not being selfish, and moreover, make us not like frog in the box.
Reading is the first command for Moslem, it is a jargon from several countries, it is also a key for make the world being better. But, why this culture is more fading time to time? I try to bring this problem in my social life. I admitted if I can't change the world, but I still can change my close environment.
As member of student university press for 4 years and being a president of this organization in the last year, I try to make an activity that can solve this problem. I was made habitual activity about reading and discussing 2 times a week. In the beginning, it was difficult. The members don't want to read a book. They have a thousand reason why can't read it. It was made the discussion activity also have a big problem. They not understand about the topic and just being a passive listener. Until I change this condition with 'reading for 10 minutes a day' habitual. It is work though not as much as my expectation.
I try to spread this activity to my close friend and university environment. Because I can't treat them like my member, we try to make an activity that can evoke the reading and discussing culture among the student like book bazaar, movie discussing, or open our private library to the other students. Though it was moving slowly, the student begins to read something else beside lectures book. They also make step to talk about many things like economics, politics, or about literates in their free time.
I still spread this until now. The last time, I make the laziest junior high school student that not really noted by government to reading for 10 minutes a day. But, it still not success yet. I just can control them by message because the distance between us is too far. I hope they can change and can meet their dream and their inspiration.

b) list any possible constraints you think may prevent you from achieving these tasks.*:
I am ever felt the international class while summer school at South Korea. Attendance at class with student who came from different country made me more interesting than in my undergraduate class. Moreover, the professor teaching model was made me feeling different. He was made class alive with topic discussing and talking fun experience. In the end, I am hoping it also happen in my undergraduate class. But, sadly, until I am graduated, my class still passive. My classmate just accept it without have any desire to have discuss it with the lecturer.
I want to feel it again at my master program. Learn about the class condition and bring it back to Indonesia. I want my student also feel the same as me. I want they got some inspiration and being more active to something that they caught.
I am also will be make my student familiar with research. Since my undergraduate begin, I just feel doing research from extracurricular activity. I did it alone by my self without any supervisor. I just feel have a supervisor while I am doing my thesis in the last year. It made me felt not satisfied with my undergraduate program. Therefore, I want to learn about how doing a good research and spread it to my student in Indonesia.
Because I will take commerce as course, I must give all of the knowledge about it to my students. Commerce is the rare program in Indonesia. Not many universities offer it. Therefore, I will include it on several topic courses like basic management or trade course. The students need to know about the digital era how business in this digital area is happen. Because in future, digital will be hold almost all sector and I want they can compete after graduate from university.
Actually, I believe if many things will be happen in future, also about things that prevent these tasks. But, I will answer none because now I just see if the door for this task is opened widely. Not because I am ignore about preparation, but I just do not want think something that not happens yet. Just learning by doing, learn about any prevent while you doing your job.
