You have to write a paragraph 2 about your personality, a paragraph 3 about IT, and a very important paragraph 4 about how the stuff you said about your personality in paragraph 2 makes you a good candidate for IT.

3 qualities necessary for IT
4 how your personality fits the stuff in paragraph 3
5 thoughtful conclusion paragraph

i think you should start with the reasons why you choose IT as your career, like a personal influence , family suggestion or you feel IT is easy for you.

You'd better include some relevant experience to show you are competent as well.
