Evaluating the same essay? Common App Transfer Essay Inquiry.

When I upload a document/essay onto the website, will all the colleges/universities that I intend to transfer into, be able to evaluate the same essay? Or is that I can add the name of the university onto my essay as I please? I'm not sure if I worded this correctly, sorry.

They will be able to see your essay on this website if they actually take the time to look for it online. They don't evaluate it here on this site if that's what you're asking...they review the essay that you send to them.

I don't understadn your second question. You may include the university's name on your essay.

What I'm trying to say is, am I able to write a personalized essay or a generic one? I tried uploading a document on the website (for one college) and have it saved on there, then I looked onto another college's common app and noticed that the document that I uploaded earlier seems to have appeared onto there as well.
