When reflecting on personal influences in my life, no one has had a greater impact than my father. He was and continues to be a positive role model as a father. He is an Engineering Graduate specialised in Mechanical Engineering and and working as a Sr. Workshop Manager for a Multinational company having many branches in the Middle East.

He always taught me to be positive and wisely. Usually it's always the negative we focus on and not the positive. You'll definitely experience this in the corporate world. You do a hundred good thing and when you do just one mistake, your attention will be called on that mistake you have done.
He taught me to work in a smart way. It takes time to understand the situation, and to come out with an effective and efficient solution to get something done with less time and effort. As the Japanese say, "there's always a better way." What's better than merely working hard? Its working smart. If you could combine both working hard and working smart, you would possess a major factor toward success.
I am confident that my father, being a well experienced person who understands the present world, with his guidance, I will be able to succeed in my life and in my career.
