At age six my aunt introduced me to Whitney Houston. I didn't really know much about her but I loved to sing her ballad "I'll Always Love You". That was when I discovered my passion for singing. Singing was therapeutic, fun and was just a hobby I was naturally drawn to. From age six to age fifteen I performed at family parties and school functions just for fun and recognition. At age sixteen I began to go to church and that was when I realized the purpose my talent in singing. It was not meant to be used for my own glory and pride but so that I may contribute to the worship team in my church. I have been a dedicated member since and enjoy singing more than ever. A talent is used to it's full potential when it is used to help others.

Hello, I suggest that you may consider to pick up a particular activity and describe it? Now it is like a description of what you have done only. :)
