The Magna Carta is one of the most important documents of all time and can be seen all over the world. England's legal system was used as a model by many former colonies when they developed their own legal systems, the Magna Carta also had an impact on many other governments such as the United States. The Magna Carta is an English legal document written in 1215 CE, which had a huge influence on what we know today as the constitution. The magna carter limited the power throughout the colonies .it stated the rights for citizens and limited King Johns power as king.
The purpose of the Magna Carta was to curb the King and make him govern by the old English laws that had prevailed before the Normans came. The Magna Carta was a collection of 37 English laws - some copied, some recollected, some old and some new. The Magna Carta demonstrated that the power of the king could be limited by a written grant.
The principles in the Magna Carta present that no one, including the king or a lawmaker, is above the law that is similar to Section one of the Declaration of Independence. The Magna Carta considered the founding document of English liberties and American liberties. The influence of Magna Carta can be seen in the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Article 21 from the Declaration of Rights in the Maryland Constitution of 1776 reads: "That no freeman ought to be taken, or imprisoned, of his freehold, liberties, or privileges, or outlawed, or exiled, or in any manner destroyed, or deprived of his life, liberty, or property, but by the judgment of his peers, or by the law of the land". The same rights are in the first section of the Declaration Of Independence. Another example of how the Magna Carta had on the constitution is they are both similar in the 21st article of the Magna Carta and the fifth amendment of the constitution.

You forgot some capitalization here: "Magna Carta" and "It stated..." and don't write carter! :-)

Another example of how the Magna Carta had an influence on the constitution Constitution is commonalities are shared by the 21st article of the Magna Carta and the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution.

It ends abruptly! You should add a conclusion paragraph that restates your main idea for your essay.

:-)
