Is it true, that one can always find opportunity, even in trouble?

Please score my essay. The purpose for this piece of writing is my admission test for a Social Science programme. Please suggest me some tips for introduction and conclusion of an essay.

Troubles are part of our life. Everyone has troubles in their life but it doesn't mean they loose their hope for the sake of the problems, they are going through. One should always try to overcome the troubles, they are facing, in a way that no one get hurts. It's necessary to be calm even in trouble because one can't find any solution in panic.

There is an adage that every problem has a solution, just need an eye, to find that solution. Everyone has living their life with their own troubles and he thinks his problem is bigger than anyone else in this universe. It's a natural thinking and everyone thinks the same. No one in this world is living a happy life without troubles.For example, a mother faces a lot of troubles in her entire life for her children. Likewise, a father or a child his their own troubles.

Lastly, One should always try to find a way to solve his troubles and never panic in troubles. Always be hopeful for a better result and keep on trying, even if one should face failure.
