Do you have any passion for those subjects?

Either the answer is a resounding no, or it's exceptionally hard for you to make thoughts become written words.

Here are some parameters that are basic to most essays of this nature, and in truth, at least one of them should be a genuine factor in your consideration. It's a good bet that most people will be unsuccessful if they pick something just because.

Curiousity/Fascination
Innate desire to help."
Functional mastery.
Affluence.

Pick one, or a combination of them, and write a focused, resonant narrative that jingles to the tune.

That's your formula in a nutshell.

of course i do..i love to learn about the human body and know and keep it and pass it along to future clients...i've learned alot about the human body and begin my training on applying that knowledge during my practicum...writing was my hardest subject...if i could write this how i want without being judged or limited...i would write away b/c its from the heart and not analyzing how someone would think of you when you write it. That's my fear!

So, write from the heart without fear of being judged or limited. Then, submit it here, where we will judge and limit you with harsh criticism meant to reduce you to tears. :-) Just kidding about that last part. Seriously, write it as you would if you didn't have to worry about what anyone else thought. That will give you a first draft that can then be edited and revised to suit the audience you are writing for -- an application reviewer. If you post the draft here, we will give you feedback, mostly constructive criticism that hopefully will leave you dry-eyed. Good luck.

Cool! You have one of the most fascinating subjects. Muscle testing is especially fascinating. Look at this video:
