In my view, your perception about leadership covers an important role of leadership. You think the leader should be visionary. It is a very good point because without a vision, a leader cannot drive others in the direction of achieving desired goals. So, you elaborate on this point and explain why it so important. Give examples if necessary.
Also think about a situation at home, school or community in which others did not have a clear idea about where they were heading and how you set the direction and drove them towards the goal. You will write a fine essay. Good Luck!!!
i dont know how to phrase my example.
The youth in my commuinty decide to organised a christmas carnival during the christmas period but they dont know how to go about it. this is due to lack of funds and materials, i decided to take charge of the committe by organising fundsrasing activities such as football tornament,basketball tornament, music competiton and also getting the youth to do odd jobs like cleaning the community which we got paid for.All these activities generated the money we need to organised the carnival party. i tried as much as possible to get everyone(youth) involved in the activites that i assigned different jobs to each of the youth such as Decoration, Music, refreshment, Flyer.... Everything got sorted and the carnival was a success. In my poinion the Carinval wasnt a success becaus i was the biggest or most powerful but i a vision and without a vision a leader cannot drive others in the direction of achieving desired goals
