Is it supposed to be a long essay or a sort of short answer? Considering I'm doing the common app for them, i've already written them an essay, so i assumed their personal statement could be short and concise.
also any tips and changes please!!

Hi pal, I intend to apply for SU as well. This is a very important essay, they will judge you through this so I recommend to write a long and good structured essay. But imo, I think you have a good essay. Say more about yourself on this one, why would you be a fit for the school?

I think this is very general. Make it connect to you even more. They already know that they are ranked as a top university but how does that relate to you. Make it more personal.
