When I was child, I use to question myself on how people made money. As the years past, I understood the concept of trading and setting up a business in order to make money and gain people's respect. Since then my interest in business studies has grown immensely, I took part in every business day that our school use to hold every year; I helped my father by giving him some opinions about what he should do in his own company and decisions he should make. All of this inspired me to choose business management as my major at the American University of Cairo.
What makes AUC shine out from all the other universities in Cairo is the outstanding quality of education that it offers. The highly qualified professors at AUC know what students should really be taught. Moreover, AUC's forward-looking instructional technology offers opportunities for enhanced understanding and greater problem solving as well as significant thinking skills. Based on these all essentials, I believe I will be motivated by these factors to do my finest as long as I am in the place where I can express myself and share my thoughts. As a result, I will be better prepared for my career goals and will have finer and further opportunities in the future.
The mixture of nationalities of AUC's students make it very exciting to study and meet people from different parts of the world and know the different lifestyles of other cultures. Furthermore, AUC's main aim is to offer a creative and resourceful atmosphere for students through its campus life's activities and student clubs, these factors make students livelier, original, and prepared for achieving approaching future goals.
Finally, my judgment to apply to AUC was not based on small-minded reasons, but on definite important reasons. There are not enough words to describe my aspiration to study at the American University in Cairo, but the famous saying of Mahatma Gandhi expresses the importance of education that I call for.
"Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever."

I feel like you've just listed a bunch of things that could be easily applied to another university. I don't get why AUC is the perfect, amazing university that you want to attend. I would suggest going into depth about two of the things you listed above. Obviously one of them is going to be about the business department and another could be about a cool EC you want to take or about the multicultural environment that'll help you broaden your horizons and foster your creativity or whatever. That's up to you. Your essay isn't bad, but it's not great.
