The Best Teacher I Have ever had.

Because of the lot that I have to choose from, it was not that easy to choose the best teacher I have ever had.
Not only was she my first teacher ever, but also the one with whom I first in my life struck up a friendship. As she passed on too early and the reason being it was back in 2003, I can not vividly remember her name, but I most certainly bear in my mind the features that made her best for me.

Why does she stand out from the set of teachers I have had? To put it simply, being a first grade pupil, I was full of anxiety, vulnerable, and finding it hard to put with the not so pleasant school life, unlike many other teachers she would be nice, calming us all telling stories, jokes, cheering us all year long. Even though she only taught me basic knowledge of school, she was the one who made me literate, and put me on my feet. The more she taught the more eager we were to learn, her open-mindedness, professionalism, unique approaches uplifted confidence and cultivated faith in me form my early ages.

It takes an imposing amount of effort and energy to teach forty tots from 8 am to 1 o'clockish on a daily basis. Teaching is an arduous task for all, although the rest of us were accustomed to bombarding her with questions and the other rest had a tendency to bring themselves to be naughty, she would invariably make an effort to bring out the best in her and still would form up easy-to-follow, also decent lessons. In other words, her femininity by all means was exemplary for my female classmates and her composure was beyond compare for boys. For example, she was spotless in terms of appearance never wearing even subtly spotted clothes or one could say she remained phlegmatic in all situations whether it would be giving a speech before the public, making fun lessons out of uninteresting ones. The view I have is, it all comes down to her diligence and creativity when I display admiration towards her.

As is often the case, teachers prefer their students to perceive them as domineering figures and they draw a line between friendship and formal education, this phenomenon makes, on many occasions, students inactive during the classes and in actuality results in students having even less respect to the teacher. By the same token, she had the authority over her students, yet in her case, looking back, she engaged everyone to the best of her ability making her far more adorable than other instructors. To make the matters better, teaching for her was neither a means of earning money nor a means of keeping herself busy, but passion she lived by or rather a way to make the world a much better place to live( a very popular cliché).

Without wishing to exaggerate, if I had merely one wish to be granted by genie, it would be looking her in the eyes and saying thank you. According to therapists when we speak of or think of anyone we know we associate him with something odd or memorable that happened between us, as if to exemplify, a great many people think about the Eiffel Tower the moment they start talking about Paris itself, or more explicitly put, if I know who you are and become aware of your reading my essay I could likely conjure up this essay as soon as I am reminded of you. So, what I remember of her offhand is once her pointing at her brain with her index finger and saying "It has got a great power, not just mine, and yours as well".

- Luke never start an English sentence with "Because". That shows a lack of understanding of the grammatical rules of the English tongue. It will definitely drag your points down in a TOEFL or IELTS test. The same goes if this were used for the purpose of college application as well. You need to revise the sentence.

-You need to explain to us the position of this teacher in your academic life. Was she your class adviser? Teacher in charge? Homeroom teacher? Does she have a name? It will help the reader to connect with your story if we have a name to place with the character. After all, nobody is nameless in life :-)

- Rather than telling us what we already know about teachers and their qualities and the demands of their job, you should be using thhis space to explain to us what this teacher became a good friend to you. The story of the development of a friendship, specially between a teacher and student is always notable in any application essay.

- Be more specific about why you would want to thank this teacher. Rather than giving us a long winded discussion that does not really tell us anything more about this teacher or your relationship, we need to hear the specific reasons why you want to thank her. Think of this essay as an open letter to that teacher of yours and write down your feelings and the reasons you want to thank her. That will make this essay stronger and develop the answer more in line with the prompt as well.
