Briefly describe a situation in which you thought you or others were treated unfairly or were not given an opportunity you thought you deserved. Why do you think this happened? How did you respond? Did the situation improve as a result of your response? Explain why you thought the situation was unfair, why you thought your way of responding would make a difference and whether it did.

Ji kwang was a new south Korean student who had just arrived in the school not long ago. A very friendly fellow but his inability to speak the English language fluently made communication difficult for him. This deficiency of his was the point guard for other student to take advantage of him and say foul word against him.

Even though Ji was a friendly person, he tended to have a very quick and sharp temper. Anything he heard about him created rage and anger in him. Due to this, he was often seen at the principals headquarters especially with disciplinary issues. However wrong he might have been in, handling issues concerning race, but there was an issue which I think was treated unjustly by the principle.

It all happened one day when classes was in progress and Ji told me he was going to use the was room. He went to the bathroom and on his way back another student assaulted him. However, he took no action concerning the assault until the student kept assaulting him. Ji then punched the student because he felt the student had assaulted him for too long. The issue was reported to the principal and both students were examined in order to find who was at fault.

The principal at the end of the examination thought that Ji was at fault and should be suspended for about a week or two. The culprit, however was left unpunished. This issue I think was an unjust judgment by the principle. There fore I believe Ji did not deserve to be punished because he wasn't the cause of the fight. At least if he was suspended, the culprit himself was also subjected to some type of punishment, if not suspended.

Ji was suspended basically because he had had previous disciplinary issues with the school. This disciplinary issues which he has had with the school placed him at the disadvantageous position therefore, he was the person who was most subject to receiving a punishment. Moreover punching another student in the face wasn't a good sign or behavior of dealing with an assault. As a result to this, I appealed to the principal about the decision he made, portraying Ji kwang as the victim and not the culprit, but all my work trying to help Ji get out of the suspension didn't pay off. The principle insisted that Ji was the one at fault.

However due to his suspension for two weeks, Ji came to school with an entirely new personality. He would rather not talk in order to prevent him from not causing any further problems. The students also ceased provoking him to ensue further problems with the principal and the school's administration. However the situation might seem or be its some thing we should recognize in society that and unjust law is no law at all.

" Ji came to school with an entirely new personality. He would rather not talk in order to prevent him from not causing any further problems." I do not know whether situation described in the sentence is ture, but it sounds a little bit artificial.

And "new personality" sounds to big. Manybe you need to to give more details about his rapid change.

You did not mention "why do you think it happens", which is required in the prompt.

Though he was a very friendly fellow , his inability to speak the English language fluently made communication difficult for him.

Any time he heard people speaking badly about him, i t created rage and anger in him.

However wrong he might have been in (no comma necessary) handling issues concerning race, but there was an issue which I nevertheless though t was treated unjustly by the principle.

Above, I changed think to thought, not because you do not still think it, but because it is nice writing style to keep the verb tense the same. So we write:

There was an issue which I thought...

:-)
