Sometimes, Mrs. Roberston, I really desire to punch you in the face.
I learn a lot of life lessons from my swim coach and one of them is to work hard early so you can enjoy life later. I love swimming; I've done it for about ten years. I've been in a pool almost every day of my life from since I was three years old. Ice water baths, massages all help me to recover, but what makes me relax the most is reading a nice good book.

Mrs. Robertson, how old are you? 21? 22? I live by a firm belief that one day hard work that you give up time and energy fro will pay off. I haven't gotten around to know you well yet, but I know from your fascinating stories that you have been teaching a lot. You deserve to be skydiving instead of wasting the valuable years ahead of you lecturing students that don't pay attention to you half the time. Let the younger, fresher teachers the job; the ones that are 20, or 21. They'll have one less year of experience in teaching compared to you, but you wouldn't have the burden of caring for 5,689 students and instead be relaxing on a lawn chair in Hawaii, sipping on a fresh banana smoothie. It's nothing personal but teachers in their 20's should be having fun, so I will make sure your 2012- 2013 school year is interesting.

Next to ripping apart my teachers' lives, I also enjoy competitive swimming. I've traveled to many different states and countries to compete. Although I don't plan to become an Olympic swimmer, swimming will be a hobby that will remain as one of my passions throughout my life. Swimming also comes with its harms. I live a very hectic schedule because of swimming. I rarely have time to complete homework, and ending up sleeping later than my desired bed time, 10:00 pm. On top of that, I still have to grade papers.

Swimming takes a lot of energy out of me, and I usually remain sore and tired for the rest of the day. No one likes that feeling, but I reading a good book really helps me to relax soothe the uneasiness. I especially love to get really hooked into a great book, where the storyline has the right amount of action and humor thrown in. I really love to read books, but I hate the English language. I think that there are too many rules with too many exceptions. I really hope that a majority of your class will be writing or literary analysis.

I enjoy being unique. I love to do competitive swimming, and recover by reading. I can't say I love obliterating a peaceful, calm classroom to make it a pain for teachers, but I will make your school year a great one.
