"I was the interviewer"; Reference letter (my own recommendation letter, MSc)

hello every one!
I want to apply for MSc and I did my own recommendation letter as it was from my Employer.
Please help to correct. I hope there is no big mistakes...

I have known Gaukhar Amirkhanova since 2009 as I was the interviewer for position of marketing assistant when she impressed me with her unique ability to analyze local market. Despite the fact that she hadn't had any professional experience before working at our company, Gaukhar has been able to use her theoretical academic knowledge in a real context-sensitive situation related to her position. Her eye for detail lets her take notice of key differences of the local market developments.

The things that impress me most about Gaukhar are self-motivation, self-confidence and ambition to develop her expertise and career growth. She is also constantly looking for new challenges, opportunities for skill building and developing her professional knowledge in various spheres. During her first year of working at our company, our colleagues respect and admire her as a competent and easy-going team member. She is an extraordinary employee and a vital member of the team. Moreover, she is attentive to tasks and works tenaciously to achieve the goals of the Department. For instance, she monitors suppliers very well by contracting prices and coordinating quality of their offers. She was responsible for more than 5 manipulation projects and all of them were done successfully.In addition, she has good time management skills and performs her duties in an extremely timely and conscientious manner.

Gaukhar has shown very good performance, though at the beginning it was hard for her, but she overcome all issues, and today she understands her strengths and weaknesses and trying to overcome her weaknesses such as communication skills.

About her language skills, she speaks in Russian; a Kazakh and English language fluently enough, grammatically correct and uses rich vocabulary ether in oral or in formal language, though she got primary and high education in Kazakh language. That's why she is responsible for all translations in our department and I'm sure that she is easily able to have magister degree in English.

It is my belief that participating at a Master's programme and study at a British higher education institution will help Gaukhar truly succeed in her professional competence and her future career.
