Motivation letter
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writting to you to apply for the Master's degree in Management and Business administration The General management Programe in Which I particularly interested.
My goal in near future is to work in a Foreign Company, Bank or an International Organization in Vietnam related to Finance and Accounting. Therefore I would like to gain a deeper theoretical knowledge in management and specially access to efficient, professional workingstyle in developed countries.
I graduated Construction economic literature from Transport and Comunication University in Vietnam with excellent Diploma. During of studying time I always desired to study oversea in order to open minded and vision so I have learned English language in Hanoi University at the same time, as well as interested in culture, custom or living of Western coutries. I am going to achieve English Barchelor Diploma in this June. I have ever been a team leader of researching science group in competitives which is annually organized by the university, this role make me more confident, assertive in coordinating members; completing successfully subjects. I also took part in international volunteer when a student (volunteer for puplic developing project in Vietnam of World Bank in 2007, volunteer forVitranss II Project of Jica in 2008, looked for ITS from foreign partners in 2009 ) So I belief in my capacity to intergrate and adapt to a newly culture easily.
I have collected working experience when worked at Economic - Planning Dept for two years in a domestic Company, in which i worked very hard and skillfull but also realize that it is neccessary for me to apply a Management coursebecause of any promotion need to ability in management in any where or any jobs .
In globalization context, Vietnam economy is opening door and developing very fast. Multinational Groups, International Organizations, Foreign Firms access to Vietnam more, have many opportunities to young people who to be motivate and enthusiastic. Therefore, I would like to have a position in an international firm - working environment I always desire to work.
After consulting some of my senior friends ever studied in Lyon, I decide to apply General Master programme in Lyon III University, I belief that with the specialized academic environment, developed over the years by dedicated researchers, teachers and even student at University of Lyon III, will put me on the fast tract to a career in international business.

I am not a professional writer, i am a sophomore still studying in Taiwan now,i want to give my own opinion on your writing. You have some problems that I discovered after reading your letter. First, some grammatical errors can be found in your letter, check it carefully. second, you have problems of using the proper words such as adjectives or verbs.
secondly, i suggest you could divide your letter into different parts, for instances, you can talk about your education background in one paragraph, then your job experiences in one paragraph, and also your determination in one paragraph, that can be systemically shown your bio from everything.
you can go search some examples of motivation letter online and see how it can be more politely.
