Pride and Prejudice Research Paper

I am working on a research paper on Pride and Prejudice, a 15 page paper consisting of 15 scholarly resources. A rough draft is due tomorrow and I am pretty good at fudging through a rough draft, but I wanted to ask for some advice.

My Thesis: Elizabeth Bennet is submissive to pressures in her life, and reacts accordingly.
I support this through her interactions with Jane, Mr. Darcy and Mr. Wickham (these two are together, because they played off of each other in the story), and her interactions with Mrs. Bennet.

I just wanted to know if any of you had any advice. I am not a strong writer, but am trying to do the best I can. Any help is appreciated!

Really, that is all I can tell you. You have a thesis, and three main points to back it up with. That's good. It is difficult to say more than that until I can see how you work your arguments out. Sorry.

This is pretty vague. "Submissive" means that she is quick to give in, give up control. To react "according" to submissiveness is to submit. I think you can give a more detailed thesis. Maybe while writing you will add dimensions to the thesis.
