Looking for information on the modern culinary brigade system for paper.

HELP PLEASE. I am looking for some information/sources of info. on the modern american culinary brigade system, and the modern fast food brigade system for an essay that is due tomorrow. Any help is appreciated.

One thing I always like to do is to go to wikipedia for whatever the subject is and check out all the sources that are listed for that page. There are a few things on there for what you are looking for but your subject is very specific.

You also might try ProQuest which offers many articles on a myriad of different subjects. I use it alot for school because it is easy to find information for proper citation.

You can also do a Google search, but instead of searching the web, go to "Scholar" under "More" at the top of the Google search page. This will get you a series of links to scholarly sources that discuss the topic you searched for.

The thing that is tricky is to say something that is meaningful... if you have read a little about this, and it is still tough to create an essay, think about some original idea you have, some insightful observation. Even if your essay is only supposed to be expository, you can bring it to life by giving it a theme to make it interesting. Makes it easier to write, too...

Something you have probably already just learned, but it bears repeating -- waiting until the day before your essay is due to start researching the essay, much less writing it, is not a good idea. :-)
