Letter: You will move to a new city for work. You know some people who live there.

- Ask them for help finding accommodation
- Tell them where you would like to live
- Tell them the type of place you are looking for

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to you, I am coming to work in city and I need a help to find a place for keep my few things before I start my work.

My new working place is situated at near the City Police station. Therefore, I would like to live close where I am going to be working or in the downtown. It is also would be better near to the shopping complex, movie theater. As I really love sports it would be grate to near a gymnasium too.

I'm looking for small place, but if it can be a flat, it is grate, rather than a house. So, a place with one bed room is fine. Also, I need separate bathroom, it would be private and not shared bathroom. Small kitchen and living room is better, but I am not really concerning it. I would like to have separate water and electricity bills, and I do not need any telephone connection, because I have wireless internet connection for my Laptop, also I have my mobile phone.

Could you please try to find a place for me. I am looking forward to you.

Thanking you,
Your's faithfully,

I am writing this letter to you, I am coming to work in city and I need a help to find a place for keep my few things before I start my work.--------This should be 2 sentences, not one. You should use BECAUSE.

I am writing this letter to you because I am coming to work in NAME OF CITY and I need a help to find a place to keep my few things before I start my work.

My new working place is situated at near the [NAME OF CITY] police station. Therefore, I would like to live...

One word, not 2: bedroom

This sentence needs AND:
Also, I need separate bathroom, and it would be...

private and not a shared bathroom.

Do not capitalize laptop.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

:-)

Type all these sentences with the corrections I gave you! Practice, practice!

I'll add some commas and make some changes:

I am writing this letter to you, because I am coming to work in Kandy City, and I need a help to find a place to keep my few things before I start my work.

My new workplace is situated near the Kandy City police station.

Therefore, I would like to live close where I am going to be working or downtown. It is also would be better near to the shopping complex and movie theater. As I really love sports, it would be grate great to near a gymnasium too.

I'm looking for small place, but if it can be a flat rather than a house, it will be grate great for me.

A small kitchen and living room will be better, but I am not really concerned about it.

The word Internet is supposed to be capitalized, but that is no big deal.
