MLA format: interview with an employer

seriously, i understand how to cite interviews in MLA, but how do you do MLA format within a report for an interview? i had a personal interview with an employer and i'm writing a report and want to include one of her direct quotes. for the love of all things holy, i've been looking everywhere for this information and can't find it, someone help me or i'll gouge out my eyes...

my paper is due super soon...any help????

I'm not sure I understand the distinction you are making. You say you know how to cite interviews in MLA; how is this different from that? Let me give you an example of how to cite an interview, and you can tell me if your situation is different for some reason:

Ms. Employer had this to say about the matter: "Mr. Smith is always the first to arrive and the last to go home." (Employer, Rita. Personal interview. 12 March 2008.)
