I would like to apply the program since I wish I can be more competitive in the industry and add value for myself. I have been an Analyst Programmer around six years. It equips me with a lot of technical experiences but not much of the management skills. I have three expectations in this course. I wish through this course, first of all, I can learn some professional and unique management skills and techniques. Secondly, I can make full use of the knowledge learnt in this course on my job and therefore I will have more opportunities to explore myself further. Last but not least, I would like to improve my organizing and planning skills, strategy estimation skills and ways of distributing the resources efficiently. I sincerely hope that I will be given a chance to attend the program.
