Well... what are your objectives? We can help you phrase them well, but only you know what they are!

Wow, a lot of new posts like this just recently. Give us something to work with, a rough draft of some sort, even if it's really, really bad. Remember the old adage "Forum moderators help those who help themselves." We aim to teach people how to improve their own work, not to do that work for them.

Right from my school days I always wanted to do Engineering.I envision a career in this field as a culmination of my varied interest andI would appreciate the opportunity to persue this in your company(If selected).Professional growth of any technocrat depends upon the start of his career. And if it is Bosch,it will be a wonderful experience to learn in the beginning and after that working there with full dedication, commitment.

You don't actually specify your career objectives here. In all writing, detail makes the different. We read that you want a career in engineering -- a very broad field. Also, this could be assumed (I am guessing) from the nature of the job for which you are applying. You imply that you desire "professional growth," but again do not specify what you might mean by that.

What you want to do, if you are applying for a specific listed job, is list your objectives that are directly relevant to that job, such as developing a specific set of skills or working within a particular subset of the field.

If you are applying to the company, but not for a specific job, then you must be even more detailed, listing a number of objectives that are related to the various jobs you might do for that company. If you have a specific type of job in mind, say so.

And in addition to the "what," you might want to touch on the "why". Why are you drawn to engineering? Why do you want to work for Bosch specifically? Answering these questions with help the person reading your essay to understand what you hope to accomplish by pursuing a career in engineering.
