'I want to give back to the society' -professional goals after the completion of MBA?

Started my carrier as an engineer in Electronics and Instrumentation. From the very first day of my Engineering I got to realize that the things which related to creativity, interaction with people, challenging task, Position of Responsibility are tempting me. I love doing things where I can involve a lot number of people and help them as well as me to realize the hidden potential and to come up as an individual identity in front of society. During my graduation I got the responsibility for the big state level events held, become Event organizer, planning committee member, taken Presentations for Publicizing of events and Sponsorship gathering. Then I went to a profession front which I thought it as a consultancy , where I can do the same but as gradually I moved into the filed got to realize that the things are not moving according to me ,goal that I want to achieve in my life is entirely different from what I am in.

My goal is to contribute my skills in creating an equitable and strife free society with the help of Marketing. I would like to be an Event management or a marketing analyst after completion of MBA. It always temp me to take a position where I can show my capabilities and can be seen from my profile that during graduation and work. But till now I did work for the Institute (during graduation) and organization (during Experience) where risk is mainly involve of others. But going forward I want to sharpen my skills of risk bearing capability, decision making, and handling team on big projects.

After completion of my, I would like to see myself at a position where I can share my knowledge and skills with others whether through job or Business. Want to involve as many people I can and make then help to come with their individuality.

To shape a great idea into reality, it requires diverse range of skills and intimate knowledge of Marketing strategies .An MBA degree from XYZ can act as a bridge between my theoretical knowledge and skills required for the future. The convergence of ideas and attitudes of different people from diverse educational and cultural background at the MBA Institute will help me to learn new ways of planning and organizing things and solving problems.At the end of the day I want to give back the things to the society that I have taken till now.

1. Only second para going with context . Is it okay if we write essay ?? or need to have a great focus on topic ??
2. We have to write in complex or easy language ?? if complex then please explain it with example, by modifying any of my paragraph
