tips for replying for first round selection

Dear all,

will u help me by giving suggestions for replying to a mail confirming selection. I got confirmation letter for first round selection, and they had invited for a telephonic interview. i want to send a thank u letter and i want to show my interest in the interview. What all things I should include in the mail and how should be the format for it? please help... thanks in advance
