Good evening.

How about starting with an outline? I usually begin with one instead of right off with the introduction. After all, how are you to write an in introduction to a paper that you haven't written yet?

List all of the main topics you absolutely want to discuss in the paper, followed by one interesting fact, detail, or other supporting information for each point. Once you have the content you want, then you can write a rough conclusion reiterating the main points you discussed in the body. It sounds like you should have at least two main expository topics for this paper.

Once you have all of that completed, the introduction will be much easier. You can find a catchy way to lead your readers into the paper you have already written.

I hope this helps you get started.

Best of luck!

Good Evening, i've done my essay but i'm not too sure whether did i meet the requirement of the question. I'm not too sure on how to evaluate how i work and learn base on the theories. Can you correct me? Did i meet the requirement of the question?

Joanne is my name and I had just pursued my diploma back in Malaysia. There are many words to describe myself and my personality. I am a committed, punctual, enthusiastic girl with a predetermined goal to fulfil my objectives. I believe in hard work and sincerity which should be backed up by good characteristic and discipline. I possess these characteristics.

The Myers Briggs Indicator (MBTI) defines four dichotomies and the instrument is a sorter; that is, each four dichotomies of personality have two choices between two polar opposite position. One will feel comfortable and familiar while the other will feel out of tour comfort zone (Wyman.P, 2002 pp.30). As a result based on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), my personality was described as Extraversion, Intuition, Feeling and Judging. The first dichotomy E/I, shows that I'm a low Extraversion which I'm comfortable being an Extravert and that I did not clearly indicated on the instrument that I prefer (Wyman.P, 2002 pp.31). This is probably due to I was not supported in my natural preference and I responded how I thought I should be. I like getting my energy from active involvement in events and having a lot of different activities. I will energize other people as well as moving into action and making things happen. During problem solving or brain storming for ideas, I often understand a problem better when I can speak out loud, to share about it and listen the opinions of others (Martin.C.R, 1997). S/I, this dichotomy examines how you take in information and it describes me as an Intuitive where I do not rely on my senses to take information (Wyman.P, 2002 pp.34). I am more likely using sixth sense or intuitive powers and simply absorb the general context of a given situation than see the specifics of it. Besides, I sometimes bump into activities too quickly without thinking and sometimes forgot to stop and get clear on why and what I'm going to do before starting any projects (Martin.C.R, 1997b). During brainstorming, a creative group would excite me and I will talk metaphorically and figuratively. Likewise, this would lead me to an Active learner where I can understand better on my task by discussing it during meetings with my supervisor and manager, planning and organizing. I would always think of things that could be possible, new things and I pay most attention to impressions or the meaning of the information I get. In fact, I prefer discovering possibility and I'm interested in new ideas which lead to me an Intuitive learner (Martin.C.R, 1997b).

T/F, this dichotomy of personality describes how you make decision and it describes me as Feeling. I base decisions on how the decision will affect me and the people I care about (Wyman.P, 2002 pp.39). I always believe I can make the best decisions by weighing what people care about and the points-of-view of persons involved in a situation. I am concerned with values and will do whatever will establish or maintain harmony (Martin.C.R, 1997c). J/P describes me as Judging. The first thing to address with this dichotomy is that Judging does not mean judgemental but decisiveness. Judging types are decisive, structured and goal oriented. Efficient plan is needed, come to conclusion easily and need closure (Wyman.P, 2002 pp.42). In my working lifestyle, I would always complete my work before I play and I use my decision-making (Judging) preference in terms of Thinking or Feeling in my outer life. To my colleagues, I seem to prefer a planned or orderly way of life, like to have things settled and organized, feel more comfortable when decisions are made, and like to bring life under control as much as possible (Martin.C.R, 1997d).

Likewise, The Index of Learning Style is an instrument used to access preferences on four dimensions active/reflective, sensing/intuitive, visual/verbal, and sequential/global of a learning style model formulated by Richard M. Felder and Linda K (Konig.M.E, 2007). It is also used as an umbrella term for all the system of classifying individual differences in learning, including those closely based on cognitive style (Jarvis.M, 2005). Everyone is active and reflective sometimes; as a result I'm a mild preference Active learner which tends to understand information best by try things out such as discussing with others. I would study in a group in which the members take turns explaining different topics to each other and work with others guessing what question will be asked on the next test and figure out how I will answer. I will always retain information better if you find ways to do something with it (Felder & Soloman, 2002). I am also a mild Sensing learner which tends to like learning facts, logical procedures and focusing on real world applications (McCarthy.M, 2008). I can remember and understand best if I can see how things connect to real world. In class, I have difficulty in most of the material is abstract and theoretical. I would always ask lecturer for specific example and procedure as well as finding my own resources or brainstorming with friends (Felder & Soloman, 2002). In most classes in University, students mainly listen to lectures, reading material, textbooks or handouts. I'm a visual learner which remembers best on what I have seen as in pictures, diagrams and explanation. I would always list the key points in my own way by highlighting it or draw it with my own diagram (Felder & Soloman, 2002). The last preference shows I'm a Sequential learner which tends to gain understanding in liner steps and follow logical stepwise paths in finding solutions. When I'm studying I use to always outline the lecture material in my own style and will try my best to strengthen my skills relating new topic to things I known so that I can understand deeper. Furthermore, based on the result in Visual, auditory and kinaesthetic (VAK) Model, the evidence shows I'm kinaesthetic which is true. I like being my own and spend my time doing physical activities or doing my own things. I will not bother how people look at me but how I look at myself; as long as I'm happy I will do it.

Two months ago, I was welcome to the United Kingdom and University of Central Lancashire. Here I am now attending University with the goal of acquiring bachelor degree and experiencing for the first complete cultural upheaval. I faced problems most of that age experience, a complete blank slate when it comes to an actual life. I was not sure how am I going to spend one year in United Kingdom all by myself, but I knew that an education would only motivates me. I was able to experience a similar style of teaching. A country that I had only read about and never thought I would be able to study was sudden at my fingertips. Besides, my course tutor gave me an opportunity becoming the representative of Malaysian in Preston to speak out how I think about Preston on the radio station. Becoming an unexpected representative of Malaysians was shocking to me and something I had never previously experienced. Moreover, I've get known many friends and the locals are very friendly and helpful which makes me felt so warm. This is where I began to see a way to rise and become something more. During these two months, I realize I've learnt valuable skills such as independent, taking care of myself, crisis communication, event planning. After two months in United Kingdom, I was accustomed to a new way of life but still craved the rush I felt when entering a completely new culture and finally reacquainted myself to it like an old friend.

Last Year, I went to a Conceptual Event, which is an event company for six months of placement training. I was requested to hold on two positions in the six months which were Personal Assistant and Sales Executive. It is a small organization with only seven staff and working with people I don't know was unfamiliar with stretched my communication skills to the limit. In order to get along in building rapport with my colleagues and working as a team, I had to have a great deal in terms of communication, behaviour, and understanding. I use to make mistakes during the first month of the placement training which panics me. Efficient and effectiveness is required in event industry where I need to brush up to cope with my colleagues. I realized that I have to think clearly before taking action on everything I did, which now I realize developed my reflective skills. I built up my team work very quickly in the second month; I found that I was good at communicate with customers and my preference for getting on with the job. I am now certain when comes to planning and organizing as well as my confident and independence grew significantly as I could handle problem solving, vary planning to cope with contingencies, coordinate an event, and taking care of myself.

thousand thanks.
Regards,
JY

Good evening :)

Since I have already commented on sections of this essay, I am going to remind you to look at the previous posts in regards to mechanical errors. There are still instances in the new sections which need to be corrected, such as spelling and inappropriate capitalization. Make sure you are applying these corrections carefully to the rest of the piece.

In regards to the content of the new pieces, you seem to have applied the requested tools and techniques effectively. Since the specific content of this piece is out of the scope of my expertise, I suggest you contact a classmate or a member of your campus staff to look over the quality of the content. They will be able to tell you better than I whether it is quality content or not. The organization and flow of the piece looks good, and the piece moves smoothly from each paragraph to the next. Your conclusion is a little weak. It should wrap up your entire piece by retelling your readers what you have already told them; that is, reiterate your main points briefly in your conclusion. That will give your audience a sense of satisfaction as well as closure; both good things in writing.

Best of luck!
