Is posting links to relevant external websites permitted?

Hey all, I have been providing some feedback recently on some essays, and I know of some websites that may be beneficial to those that I am providing feedback to. I know that one of the rules regarding posts says "Do not copy-paste messages from other websites", and I also know that some forums have rules prohibiting the posting of external web links. I just wanted to find out for certain if posting links to external websites, as long as they are relevant, is acceptable on this forum. Thank you!

Usually yes, it is permitted to post links to relevant and reputable websites.
