what would happen if i make a thread in the wrong place?

hello, i'm a new member here. I happen to find this forum while browsing around and thought this forum would be helpful. I still don't know much about this forum, but i'd like to participate. i'm quite afraid of making mistake, especially with quite a lot of warnings here and there ^^;; what would happen if i make a thread in the wrong place? oh, and... do we actually need to pay?

The most important is to use a relevant/original title as described here: http://www.essayforum.com/subject.html. icy ciel: oh, and... do we actually need to pay? You'll only 'have' to pay if you'd like to remove your essay that has already been commented by other members. Using site is absolutely free.
