List and describe your activities, including jobs, during the past two summers: Please note, DO NOT use hard returns in your responses.

It allows for 300 characters maximum. Are incomplete sentences ok?

my teachers have always taught me that if a question says "list" complete sentences are not needed. but i suggest contacting the school just to be sure.

Since the prompt said "do not use hard returns in your responses" I think the admission officers want complete sentence. Also, it's always better to be on the safe side.

300 characters max is not a lot so instead of listing everything, I would focus on the jobs and activities that have influenced you the most. Provide a sentence or two on the nature of each activity and how it influenced you.

Good luck!

It's always great to call the school! It's great to make a good impression and have them remember your name. As for lists, I think there are also teachers who say that you SHOULD use complete sentences.

Know what? I think you should use complete sentences just to show off. Post your list here, and I'll help if I can. It is good to show mastery of the language...

I used complete sentences when I answered this question. It seemed impossible to lists everything with the character limit, so I focused on a few important ones.

I hope this helps.
