Right sources for persuasive speech on impulsive buying

I'm doing a persuasive policy speech on impulsive buying, I thought it would be an easy topic but after doing some researches, I haven't found anything. It's harder then I thought, I don't know if I'm looking at the right sources. Is there any suggestions on how I could start this and how do I do the policy speech outline?? thank you in advance!

The 1st link didn't work but thank you. i know that a persuasive speech is when I have to persuade my audience about my topic but where do the policy speech come in? what's the difference between fact and policy speech?

What you have to do on persuasive speech is just as a car salesman who talks to you. hehehe, it's not that hard. here's some references for you : http://www.docstoc.com/docs/4726126/SAMPLE-PERSUASIVE-SPEECH-OUTLINE should work :)

Yes, it sounds like you are required to persuade people to adjust their personal policies about impulsive buying.
