kandbleThreads: 2Posts: 6 Nov 23, 2009, 09:52pm #1 I'm doing a persuasive policy speech on impulsive buying, I thought it would be an easy topic but after doing some researches, I haven't found anything. It's harder then I thought, I don't know if I'm looking at the right sources. Is there any suggestions on how I could start this and how do I do the policy speech outline?? thank you in advance!
