Having an issue with starting an essay about an important person

I am writing a practice essay and I'm trying to figure out a good way to start it off.

The topic is- Choose an important person that you have looked up to and who has helped you in your life.

I'm just joking. Obviously, you need to decide who is the person and what you will say about how s/he helped you in your life before we can tell you how to start it off.
