Can somebody help me with my essay? I'm taking a TOEFL Test in a few days. Writing is a big concern.

Food became easier to prepare. Does it improved human's life?
Nowadays human's life became easier than it used to be decades ago. It's easier to communicate using mobile phones, easier to get an information using Internet and easier to prepare food. Some people think that these changes improved human's life greatly. But every change has its good and bad points.
The good point about food preparation that it is very convenient. It helps to save a lot of time. A few decades ago woman had to spend a few hours to prepare dinner for her family. As a result, she had no time to work or to do something that she likes. Now it takes only a few minutes to prepare something to eat.
The bad point about easier food preparation that it is not always healthy. People usually choose something that easier to prepare. But sometimes these products contain trans fat, cholesterol and other things which can be harmful or even dangerous. Also these products don't have enough vitamins, aminoacids and oils which are required for human body. As a result people become fat, have heart diseases and die at sixty.
Food became easier to prepare and it's improved human's life. It's more convenient than it used to be. But people should decide what to it and how much to stay healthy.
