Statistics and Help for CRP (dissertation)

I am having a hard time understanding the way the CDC presents statistics. I am trying to determine how many children are currently living in the United States with HIV. Then how many are living with AIDS as seperate statistics. Can any one help. ALso My chairperson says my writing is poor. Can I put various chapters on this site to get feedback regarding syntax and grammatical errors. One more question. In a Clinical Research Project (CRP, same as dissertation) professional journals are supposed to only be used how do I cite information that is presented on this site.
