There are 3 questions:
a) Mr. X, made a claim for Rs. 2 lakhs towards compensation for loss of important documents entrusted to M/S Safe Pack Couriers(P) Ltd. before the district commission. Advise X, whether he will succeed.
b) Mr. A, a member of PQR Ltd., leaves a notice in writing at the office of PQR Ltd., proposing Mr.Efficient as a candidate for the office of the director of PQR Ltd. State whether Mr. Efficient has to file his consent in writing with PQR to act as a director even before the AGM or General meeting where his candidature will be discussed and put to vote.
c) Mr. A, appointed as an additional director by the Board of directors of PQR Ltd., has to file his consent in writing with ROC to act as a director within 30 days of his appointment. Comment.
