Greetings!
A case study is essentially a problem that needs to be solved. So the first section of your paper will define what that problem is. How was this problem identified? Research it and gather as much information as you can, being sure to keep track of your sources so you can cite them in your paper. Next, choose a case "site"--a business or organization--where you can interview people about this issue. Once you have your interviews, organize and analyze your information and write the case study. It will have these sections:
1. Introduction 2. Background of the case 3. Several sections on what you discovered in your interviews: how did the problem develop, what solutions have been tried, the impact on the people in the company. 4. Conclusion, including possible solutions
Read more about this in detail in our Free Essays and Articles Section where you'll find an article on that very topic!
