Next, choose a case "site"--a business or organization--where you can interview people about this issue. Once you have your interviews, organize and analyze your information and write the case study. It will have these sections:

2. Background of the case
3. Several sections on what you discovered in your interviews: how did the problem develop, what solutions have been tried, the impact on the people in the company.
4. Conclusion, including possible solutions
