I am having a hard time understanding the way the CDC presents statistics. I am trying to determine how many children are currently living in the United States with HIV. Then how many are living with AIDS as seperate statistics. Can any one help. ALso My chairperson says my writing is poor. Can I put various chapters on this site to get feedback regarding syntax and grammatical errors. One more question. In a Clinical Research Project (CRP, same as dissertation) professional journals are supposed to only be used how do I cite information that is presented on this site.

First, what are the statistics you are having trouble with? In regards to your writing ability, you certainly can post your writings on this site, and I will do my best to edit and help you with proofreading your work. In regards to your citation question, the referencing style and requirements will vary depending on your citation style. What style are you using?
