Hi IM applying for a University in SOuth Carolina, but im not a very good writer the prompt given doesnt require much writing only 500 words but i have no idea how to start. Can you guys please help me?
Prompt:Discuss your reasons for applying to Claflin and my future plans. (500 words)
I actually have no idea how to start an essay like this. Once i get a start im normally able to build upon it

Good evening.
Well, first think about your answer. Why do you want to apply to this institution? What do you want to do with your life? Once you know your reasons, you can create an outline. List the reasons for application, and then your goals. You can next fill in the blanks to create a rough draft, and we can worry about the intro and conclusion later on. Brainstorm a lot as to your personal answers, and the rest will come naturally.
