i have to solve this strategic case, the requirments are -
1. Company baskground
2. Mission Statement
3. Swot analysis
4. Strategic Analysis
6. Problem analysis
7. Alternative Strategies
8. Implementation
9. Contingency Plan
i have to find out all these things from "Hanson PLC (A) : the acquisition machine" case. Please put up a post if you have any ideas thanks.
