I am writing a process essay
Explaining The process of studing for an exam.
and I dont know what to use as my main subjects
it is a 5 paragraph essay.

How many steps are there in the process?

Are there things you should always do, and some which are optional? What are some things to avoid? (e.g., waiting until you're too tired)
