Greetings. I've been out of school for two years and have just returned. In my absence I've grown rusty and both my math and english lack luster. I'm certainly not here for help in math however I will ask all of you this; what is the best resource on grammar rules?

Greetings!
It's a good thing you're not here for math; I'd be no use at all! ;-)) We are fortunate these days, however, to have so many great resources for grammar and writing on the web. Just doing an internet search on "best resource grammar" will get you a plethora of sites with loads of information. Of course, you asked about "the best." The classic book that always comes to mind with regard to improving one's writing skills is, of course, The Elements of Style, by William Strunk, Jr. For almost 90 years, teachers have been admonishing students to "check your Strunk" when in doubt!
I'd start there and see if it has what you're looking for. Best of luck in your studies!
Thanks,
